📦 Order Handling & Shipping
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
- In rare cases (such as stock checks or system maintenance), shipping timelines may be slightly extended.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

🚚 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above our minimum cart value (shown at checkout).
- Final shipping charges (if any) will be shown during checkout.
💔 Returns & Replacements
We’re confident you’ll love your Happlit products, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
📦 Wrong Item Delivered
- Raise a request within 3 days of delivery via info@happlit.com or WhatsApp +91-73866 67422 with Order ID and product photos. We’ll review your request within 48 working hours.
- Our courier will pick up the incorrect item. If pickup isn’t possible, we’ll suggest an alternative.
- After pickup, we’ll ship the correct item (subject to stock) or issue a refund.
💥 Damaged Item Received
- Raise a request within 3 days of delivery with photos and Order ID.
- We’ll review and initiate pickup like the process above.
- After pickup, we’ll send a replacement (subject to availability) or provide a refund.
❗ We Can’t Accept Returns/Replacements If:
- The product is opened, used, or altered.
- Original packaging (labels, mono cartons) is missing.
- The request is raised after 3 days from delivery.
🔄 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
