Refund Policy

Return Policy for Non-Corporate Orders

Replacement requests for corporate orders will be accepted in case of damage or missing product(s). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return:

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software, and health-related products are not eligible for return.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with video proof of the issue. Slight manufacturing variations like minor paint flaws or small position changes are not grounds for replacement. Replacement items are subject to availability. If an item is sold out or archived, a replacement may not be possible. For assistance with your replacement request, please email us.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. Please double-check your purchase details before confirming your order. If you need to cancel before shipping, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations will be processed in 7-10 business days
